Klibi provides an AI-powered assistant that helps residential homebuilders respond to prospective homebuyers' inquiries and schedule appointments with their sales teams. Messages may be sent on behalf of a homebuilder you contacted.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with their operation or security. We may suspend or restrict access if these Terms are violated.

Program description. By checking the consent box on our form and submitting it, you agree to receive SMS messages from Klibi Corporation about your inquiry and appointment scheduling, such as answers to your questions and confirmations or reminders of appointments. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

Consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of using our services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and your appointments.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received, according to your plan.

Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To receive messages again, you can submit our form again.

Help. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at clientes@klibi.ai.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.

Some responses may be generated by an automated AI assistant. Responses are provided for information and scheduling only and should not be treated as a binding offer, price quote, or contract. Please confirm important details with the homebuilder's sales team.

All content, software, and materials on our website and services belong to Klibi Corporation or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Klibi Corporation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
